User Registration

If you register an account with us, there you will be able to access your purchase history and view your delivery tracking number. Please note we do not hold your card details. We know you’ll do this anyway but we need to highlight that it is your responsibility to keep your password confidential and Wild Ona cannot be held responsible if your account is hacked. Whilst having an account does speed up the checkout experience it is not essential and purchases can be made without one.


Products

All our products are handmade, and packed by us, therefore, size, shape and design may vary from product to product. All our products are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that items will be in stock. We manage our stock levels online, however, in the unlikely event your order is out of stock we will contact you to make you aware, you will have the choice to wait for the new batch, make another choice or accept a refund.

We reserve the right to discontinue any products at any time for any reason. Prices for all products are subject to change.


Product Descriptions 

We at Wild Ona are not medical or healthcare professionals and do not claim that the use of our products may have a positive effect on pre-existing physical and/or mental health conditions. The information in our listings pertains to the properties of specific ingredients used in the product.


Purchases and Payments

We accept the following forms of payment:

In the event that your card payments are unauthorised, you will receive an email from us making you aware and your order status will change to on hold, once payment has been made your order will be processed. All payments shall be in GBP.

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Site. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same payment method, and/or orders that use the same billing or shipping address. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

Promotional Policy

From time to time we will offer customers promotions, these will include discounts, coupons, and free delivery over £20. All promotions are limited to one use per basket. If you wish to make a large order for personal use or have a wholesale enquiry then please contact us on info@wild-ona.com or visit our wholesale information page for more info.



Review & Comments

We are a small family run business and we have put our heart and soul into producing high-quality products, we also put every effort into ensuring that our products are packaged and prepared for delivery with care. If you have an issue please come to us before leaving a poor review, allow us the chance to make you happy.  If we feel that a negative review is unfounded, untrue or just malicious we reserve the right to remove it.

SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

UK:

Shipping with Royal Mail 2nd Class is £3.00

FREE standard UK delivery (Royal Mail 2nd Class) will be applied to all orders £40 and over.  

​

We aim to ship UK orders within 2 business days after an order is placed. All standard deliveries will be sent Royal Mail 2nd Class and can usually be expected within 2-4 business days.

​

US & Canada:

Tracked (7 days) - £16

 

Returns 

We love our shampoo bars, and we hope you will too. If for any reason you are unhappy then please let us know by emailing us at info@wild-ona.com and we will be happy to assist you.


Lost or stolen packages

We use Royal Mail to deliver our packages, please allows 14 days from the date of your shipping confirmation for your parcel to arrive. If you believe your order has been lost then please email info@wild-ona.com and we will investigate what’s gone wrong.

We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to the wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.


Damaged Packages 

If you’ve received your parcel damaged, you will need to contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide photographic evidence. We handle damage claims on a case by case basis, please contact us if you have any issues!
